Manufacturing capabilities

Irkatek offers CNC machining according to customers' drawings. The advanced production planning system ensures integrated operations of all company divisions & full traceability. Western computer-aided system Esprit is used for programming.

Currently there are six CNC milling ( 3-axis & 4-axis) and two CNC turning ( 2-axis) machines working in Irkatek. Max. dimentions can be machined are up to Ø550 mm in turning and up to 1020x600x600 mm in milling. Size of the order varies from 1 till 1000 parts. Most of the parts are from structural and free cutting steel ( St37, St45, St52, 16MnCr5, 42CrMo4), aluminium.

Quality

In pursuance of its quality policy and with the help of modern technical mechanisms and innovations, Irkatek produces CNC machined parts that fulfill the needs and expectations of the customers. Company has a wide range of manual measurement equiment from Mitutoyo, Mahr & Precitool– measurement towers, micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, etc.
Irkatek is able to produce IT7 fits and geometrical tolerances up to 0,1 mm.

The key customers and partners of the company represent energy, automation, vehicle, printing machines etc. industries. 100% of the output is exported to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and the Netherlands.
